A brutalist style building formerly inhabited by a dentistry school, The Pacific is a luxury condominium located in the Pacific Heights Neighborhood of San Francisco. An adjacent surface parking lot created a through-lot condition where 10 townhomes with private terraces and inner courtyard were added. Pitched roofs and angular bay windows tie back to main building facade while relating to nearby Victorian homes.
